Leadership Southern Indiana, a non-profit organization in Clark and Floyd counties, is proud to have a role in valuable networking and leadership training.

Each February, the public is invited to apply for a new Leadership Southern Indiana class. Individuals are selected to represent diversity in age, gender, county, career, and ethnic background.

Our 700+ alumni since 1981, many of whom have remained in the area, are a source of pride as they apply their leadership skills and Leadership Southern Indiana relationships to problem-solving and meaningful community activities.  Many also share their expertise as speakers during Class Days and other Leadership Southern Indiana events and actively serve organizations throughout the community. 

Alumni comprise an elected, volunteer Board of Directors who oversee Leadership Southern Indiana with a part-time secretary.
