In 1992, Leadership Southern Indiana created the Servant Leader Award to be presented to a member of the alumni who exemplifies the qualities attributed to a true leader in the community, giving freely and generously of his or her time and efforts to better our communities.

Each spring, alumni are given the opportunity to nominate someone for this prestigious award.  Past recipients have been hailed throughout our communities for their selfless service.
